Every job starts with a written scope and a price, and we call before doing anything that is not on it. Diagnostics come with the actual scan report, not a verbal summary. If we cannot fix something properly we will say so and tell you who can. There is a waiting room with real coffee. Most maintenance jobs are done within the booked window; anything longer, we will tell you at drop-off rather than at five o'clock.
